Please tell me about the Land of Oz Garden in Epcot!

I read somewhere that a new area was opening up in Epcot relating to the Land of Oz movie as part of the International Flower & Garden Festival. It looks like it has some carnival type games and a play area for kids. Does anyone have anymore information about this like if there is anything else there to see and where at in the part this is going to be? We are heading there at the beginning of the festival and dh and dd5 loves the Wizard of Oz!! Thanks!!!

The playground is open (usual F and G play structure)-.

Do you have to have kids to check it out? DH and I are actually heading down this weekend ALONE and I would love to check it out.

Not at all, but it's really not much. A ring toss, a couple of funhouse mirrors, and a bean-bag toss. Also a playground geared for the youngest set.

Is it only there during the flower and garden festival?

My mom is a HUGE Wizard of Oz fan and we are counting down to the movie. Anything in the park for this and she would be all over it. We aren't coming until Memorial Day though.

It may last a little longer than F&G like Brave did last year. Depends on how much marketing money Disney allocates to it.

Oh! I hope so!! We are arriving may 20th, and heading to epcot the day after it is scheduled to end!!
From the searching I've done on here, people have said that they take it down literally overnight but if they choose to extend the end date I would be super happy!! I can dream right?!? Lol

The difference between Oz and Brave though is the release date, and that won't be working in Oz's favor. If the movie bombs, then it won't be up any longer than Disney deems necessary. Brave had yet to hit theaters last May, Oz will be two months old by then.

I just heard about this yesterday and would love to check it out when we're there in April. Can anyone tell me the location of it in the park?

The walkway that connects the Imagination Pavilion in Future World with Canada in World Showcase.
