I have only stayed at the Portofino twice, but seems both times the rooms were regular rooms with balconies. But I am not 100% sure. I know I ordered a standard room, whether or not I was upgraded and I just don't remember I do not know. Its been a while, the last several times I've stayed at the RP, I haven't stayed at the P in 8 or 9 years.

thank you for posting I think I will hope for a balcony, but certaily won't expect one!
