I love Portland. I work as a camp nurse in Waterford ME, and head to Portland on my days off.

Nice bonus.

10 days til my trip finally got a bit of shopping done today, packing almost done.

My son has fever 102 headache & nausea. This has been a sick house for 2 weeks straight, hope we are all better within 10days
Sorry I missed this, I hope you are all feeling better soon. All these winter sicknesses stink!!!

Well my CLIA card is in the mail so I guess I really need to decide where we are going to stay after the cruise. I am totally undecided at this point.

I can hopefully catch up tomorrow. When I heard this morning the DH wouldn't have anyone with him today, I decided to go with. We didn't get home until after 8 PM, and then I had to make us dinner. I am just super tired.

On our trip, the DH and I talked about it, and I have decided to no do the DlxDDP upgrade. The DH really, really didn't want to do it. He felt it would be too much time eating and wanted more park time, since this will be the last trip for a long time. I basically said that I would agree to that if he agreed to getting tickets to MNSSHP Friday 13th (if they have it). That I would have bought them anyway, but at least this way, he can feel like he won on it. Besides I could use the money in other places. First up, we could really use some new luggage. I think the stuff we have was bought before our first WDW trip with the DSs in 2004. I really don't want to pull up to the BC check-in with our ghetto luggage with the zippers broken on all of the outside compartments. Then the DH wants to leave Friday night, instead of Saturday morning, and try to squeeze in a visit to the Jefferson Davis house. Plus, we have to buy VIP tickets for the Dallas Comic Con in May. Other than Shattner, they will have the actors that play my two favorite characters on Fringe Jasika Nicole (Astrid) and John Noble (Walter). If they just add Patrick Stewart and Michael Dorn, I will

I'm going to stop rambling now, put the laptop off the bed, and go to sleep.

I had a fancy beer in a fancy glass -- but failed to take a pic of it! Doh. Next time, we need to plan our virtual RC Happy Hour.

P.S. (I also think Miss M was very thoughtful in sharing her germs with me ... I feel like I've been stranded on an iceberg. Brrrr. Took some nighttime meds, now it's time to warm up my footsicles on a certain, unsuspecting person's calves. )

G'night my pals!

Good morning ladies, going to try to go back and catch up on yesterday's postings.

Janet - of course a beer will do Glad you joined in on our happy hour. Sam looks so pretty in that picture, and I agree with everyone the dress is beautiful, just like the girl wearing it Good for her for being so motivated, I made it to the gym 3 times this week but then got derailed by Steven, I may try to sneak over latter today and leave the kiddos with DH.

Dani - weren't you thinking BC? Are both your parents going now?

Wookie - don't tell your DH, but I kinda agree with him. TS do take a lot of time and when you pay that money for DxDP you feel like you want to maximize what you paid, so you eat A LOT and it does take a big chunk of park time away. I think your plans sound good to spend the money on luggage and Comic Con tix. Hope you got some rest last night

Miss - OH NO I hope last night was a fluke and you are feeling better this morning! Tell Miss M to keep those nasty germs to herself Yes, we will plan better for our next RC happy hour, we may need to start a new thread just for those I love the pic of you and your mom, I have a few of those too, it is just so fun to look back and wonder if they thought they looked good, LOL!

Candace - congrats on the bonus and raffle! But I think honestly DD did better than you yesterday, a whole day with her daddy and TWO pairs of shoes, she must be in heaven

DetTigsGal - congrats to Brendan (and to the proud mommy)

i_heart - I wont rent points either, too much can happen. But when we stay offsite, we really like LBV, so much room for all of us to spread out and plenty of tv's so no one fights over what to watch

Jeanette - I love all the family pics! It is amazing to see how much they have all grown up. I look at pics of Andrew when he was little and can't believe he is 20 now

Shelia - what a wonderful picture and memory Thank you for sharing it with us.

Oh boy, Sarah is having a tantrum, I'll post this and be back latter.

Melissa
