What is Champagne Girls? I don't think they had that last year when I sailed, or they may have and didn't know about it. We basically just did the FE. That was fun

Hello! We just booked our cruise today! It will be our first cruise and our 10th Anniversary.
I think I am more excited than my kids (two girls, ages 4 and 6) about this since I am the Disney geek of the family! Totally not sure what to expect, people-wise, so I hopped on here after a friend told me this was the place to be for finding others who love Disney!

I only joined last year when I went on my first DCL cruise on the Dream. It was awesome and I had a lot of fun. I participated in the FE (Fish Extender - like a big gift exchage mostly of handmade items) It was awesome coming back to your cabin and finding gifts in the pocket that hangs outside your cabin door. We had a great cruise, great entertainment, great ports and great food. I had so much fun that I stood on line and had photos with every character (yes and adult but a child on board...lol) Your kids will have a great time in the kids club and taking photos. My niece loved all of it and was 4 years old

We will also be on this cruise! First cruise ever for us so we opted for the 4 day over the 7 day western just in case...
 It will be me, DH, DS age 7 and DD age 7 (twins) I'm so nervous about cruising but the kids are so excited! I have been reading the boards for a few weeks getting tips...as a newbie I dont want to miss anything!

Can't Wait
I'm also very very happy to say that I'll be sailing way on Sept 1st . This will be my fifth time on DCL . Me and my DH will be celebrating our 3 yr Anniv , we got married at Castaway 09/04/2010. Our 9 & 1 yr old DD's will be sailing with us as well. We can't wait!!! This time I want to try to be part of the FE.

I'm so excited! We are booking our cruise tomorrow. This is our first cruise ever and something we have always wanted to do. It is me, my DD (18) and DS (13). Can't wait to share the excitement with all of you these next few months! |
