As far as the Disney ships go I think that 'PASSPORTER'S - DISNEY CRUISE LINE AND IT'S PORTS OF CALL" is the best book for Disney cruisers. They come out with a new and updated edition every year. There is tons of information in the book including worksheets and planning areas. There are also pictures, tips, ect. It covers your cruise from your arrival at your port of embarkation to debarkation. I love them! While planning for my next Disney cruise (we have taken 7 and going on our 8th one soon) I will usually order the latest edition and then pour over every chapter in excitement and anticipation of our cruise. You can order from Barnes & Nobel or check out their website at Passporters.com.

Me too!! I also use a highlighter and take it with me to refer to, and if you get the deluxe binder size it has Pass Pockets to make notes and save momentos. It is my favorite souvenir of our cruise!!! Happy dreams of sailing with Mickey, Karen

Head to the library first and take a look at what they have.

I pre-ordered the "PassPorter's Disney Cruise Line and Its Ports of Call" one on amazon, supposed to ship out around March. I can't wait! We're going on the Fantasy Dec. 14th and it's my first time cruising, so I'm a sucker for reading as much as possible while I wait.
Will also help me figure out where we would like to visit in the future!

Another vote for Passporters. It is an excellent reference for Disney cruises. I checked it out of the library a couple of times and decided to just buy my own copy so that I would have it handy all the time!
