Lost another 1lb so thats 11lbs so far since beginning of Jan.

Am quite proud of myself with sticking with it as i really love my food and have been missing some things sooo much

17 more lbs to go before my first target which is in May so hopefully I will stick to it until then.

Good luck again for this coming wk every-one

Put 2.5lbs back on I'm blaming being ill and not getting out to excercise. I had to miss Zumba on Monday.

I resisted the urge to stand on the scales this morning. I tend to weigh on a Monday morning, but I'm desperate to see how I'm doing.
I've been really good this week, but I'm going to a little get together later at a restaurant and I will be treating myself to a pudding. Fingers crossed I won't regret it on Monday!

Slightly annoyed with myself this morning my dad doesn't understand the concept of 'being good' and hands over chocolate bars, I then feel obliged to eat them. I guess also having a meal out on Friday didn't help and eating cheese and crackers yesterday.
Only 1lb off for me, I should be happy. A loss is a loss, but I'm not feeling it this morning!

STS this week, i've been full of cold all weekend and not feeling good at all. Trying to keep some exercise going though and taking extra vitamin C and zinc plus paracetamols and using the vapour rub ( yuck ) to try to knock it on the head. Urgh not a happy camper today. Got an assessment to do tomorrow too for my course I'm gonna need my head clear for that .

Keep up the great work everyone and stay healthy! Will pop back when i can get the chance,.

A pound gone is a pound gone, well done! My Dad is exactly like that, I just had to sit him down and explain to him what I was trying to do and that he was NOT helping

Must be a dad thing. I wish he would understand, my mum is trying to be good with me, but dad just keeps bringing her chocolate and stuff. Just because he can get away with eating loads and not turning in to an elephant!
He gave me a galaxy bar after dinner and I politely refused. I think it will be easier in the summer, lots of salad and lots of horse riding!

Pesky Dad's eh? They don't understand!

Hope everone's doing good this week and having a good week so far I've had my weekly weigh-in this morning and another 2lbs has disappeared! Takes me to 10.4lbs in total since New Year's Day, so I'm quite pleased with that.

I really am hoping to get to a class this week. My kick-boxing wasn't sucessful last week shall we say, I certainly will not be returning to them, as it was not what I would have wanted from a martial arts centre and I've had problems with them since going too, which hasn't helped. Hopefully they're out of the way now and I've learnt my lesson from the experience, so I'll be sticking to my Zumba and aerobix classes from now on

Good Luck to everyone this week, enjoy the pancakes tonight if anyone's having a treat!
