Pregnant and crusing?
Your not allowed to cruise if you are 23 or more weeks pregnant, how do you prove that you are only so far along when you depart, do they ask you?

Talk to your Doctor and get a letter stating how far along you will be at time of cruising.

They will ask you if anyone in your party is pregnant during online check-in. As far as I can tell, the answer is based on the honour system. I did not have to have anything from my doctor, nor did I even get questioned once from entering the terminal to disembarking a week later. I sailed at 18 weeks along and was clearly showing. Keep in the mind, the restriction is because the med center onboard does not have any kind of NICU facility, and sailing past DCL's allowed gestation means if something goes wrong, you risk losing the baby even though it has reached viability.
PS- If you're showing when you sail, take advantage of Shutters to get maternity pics. |

It will ask you when you book if anyone in your party will be 24 weeks or more pregnant. We are sailing in about a month and I'll be 22 weeks, so I talked to my doctor about writing a note just to be on the safe side. I also asked him for the patch just in case of seasickness, unfortunately its the only thing they can prescribe when pregnant and I heard it gives you dry mouth.
