We used Garden Grocer in Dec. for the first time. Our flight arrived before our room was ready, so we went to MK. When our room was ready, we got a call saying, your order is here, when would you like us to bring it up? No problem, within minutes of our scheduled time, our order was delivered.

I would make sure to order in plenty of time because you don't know how many slots are filled.
We landed on Christmas day and didn't get our stuff till the next afternoon, but that was my fault as I waited until about 3 weeks out to place my order.
If and when we get back to WDW, I am planning on doing this again.

Use Shop The Magic. They are able to shop any of the local stores.

Makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one who has a list started for our September trip

How soon before you arrive should you place your order?

Wegoshop gets my vote. Garden grocer was great but you had to choose from their marked up offerings.

I'm sure the website may have suggestions but since we were arriving in WDW ON Christmas Day, I should've placed my order sooner.

During less busy times at WDW, 3 weeks may be fine.

I am trying to create an account at Garden Grocer online for our summer trip. We are staying in a Fort Wilderness Cabin. Any idea what address or phone number I use when registering?
Thanks!

We were very happy with Garden Grocer and would use them again! We had no issues at all. I also wouldn't hesitate to try another service like WeGoShop.

We also used Personal Disney Shopper and we had some minor issues with the items she purchased for us. When I provided feedback after the trip, I found her to be less than receptive. In all fairness, she may well have corrected the issues but we were too busy once we arrived to bother. When we did contact her post-vacation, it wasn't to ask for any money back, etc. it was to simply provide polite feedback. I was just a bit put off with her response.
