Laurenvic... The custom aisle runner is $750! A lot of girls bring their own in and pay $30 to have Disney set it up.

Hey ladies! do they email you the BEO or snail mail it? I'm supposed to be getting mine soon, but I'm heading out of town for the week.

THANK YOU so much for this answer ! I just saved $1,000 in working out our estimates ! We wanted the beer/wine package but thought we had to also purchase the soda/bottled water package too. We are in early stages of planning with my daughter and her fiance. Just had initial tour with Joe on Tues Mar 5. You just made my night. Wasn't sure I could wait until Monday to call/email Joe.

does anyone know if you have a weekday escape ceremony and want to add a private event, probably a dessert party or possible luncheon in a restaurant/ semi private room, is there a minimum expenditure that adding that event triggers? I hear it does for weekends, but does it for weekdays?
Thanks everyone!!

No, they no longer require you to meet the $8,000 minimum expenditure if you add a catered event to your Escape wedding on a weekday. Just Saturday and Sunday.

Disney isn't setting up aisle runners anymore from what I have heard. They are citing safety hazards. I would check before you buy one

Aisle Runner

They are still using aisle runners, just had my planning session with my planner and you can rent from them or bring in your own with a $25 set up fee. Hope this helps!

Belle913 thanks for letting us know. I would have been disappointed if we couldn't have a runner. Can you tell us about your planning session? Thanks!

May I ask why some members have a red pin on their profile pic?

As far as I am aware red means they are offline at that time and green means they are online
