September weather is hot and wild! It is part of the huricane season and rainy season. No, if it is not a huricane, it would not rain all day (most of the time). Most of the time, the rain is in the afternoon. It is a great break from the heat.
I have enjoyed lots of September cruises. I live in Florida and I am used to the heat and thunderstorms. |

We have always sailed on Disney in September most recently Sept. 2012 and love the weather we haven't had rain on our cruises. We are going on the Fantasy this September.

We just cruised at the same time last year. It was warm and humid. It rained every afternoon for about 30 minutes. We had a great time and so will you!

We sailed over Labor Day. It was HOT on Castaway Cay. I mean, hot. I'm from Florida, but even I was miserable. However, late October (after Sandy) it was too windy and cold! So now I feel like Goldilocks. As it turned out, May was "just right" for me

We did an Eastern last year September 22 - 29 and the weather was GREAT! Our previous cruises were in late November and early December and we didn't have good weather, so this was fantastic.
Quick rain showers for about 15 - 30 minutes when we were on St. Maarten and during our snorkel excursion on St. John. It was hot and sunny, but I wouldn't say overly hot. The only time we really felt the heat was biking on CC mid-day. As we were heading back to the ship from CC there was a big rainstorm, but it was the end of the time there, so didn't really have any impact on ruining our day there. We definitely loved the weather on this trip more than the others, and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Water was warm for the beaches and snorkeling, and it was just fantastic.

7 of our 9 Disney Cruises have been either late September or early October (DDs used to go to year around school & always had a 2- 3 week Fall break). We've always had excellent weather,
maybe a little to hot possibly. But Hey it's the Weather, you just never know... I guess we've just been lucky
