Did you fill in the section on how you will pay on board (cash,visa)? It wouldn't let me pick a PAT until that section was filled in.

Yes, you do need to fill in all the pages prior to the PAT page in order to select a time. I found that out when I tried just going directly to the PAT page first to get mine a couple of cruises ago. You can fill the info on the prior pages in with gibberish (or the defaults), it just needs something there. And then go back and edit the info later.

If no one else could do so, then that would be the case. It sounds more like something else is wrong with your reservation. Are you linked to anyone else who is a new cruiser? That use to affect reservations not too long ago. I would contact DCL and have them look into it since others are able to select their PAT. As noted above, you do need to complete the required information before you can move onto that page.

This was my issue. I put the cart before the horse. Thank you for pointing that out.
