If I remember correctly there are many wifi zones right along the road that goes along the coats. I may be totally wrong, but I think I remember there being at least one starbucks very close to the cruise terminal as well...

There is definitely a Starbucks about a block or so from the pier.

As the previous poster said, there's a Starbucks a block away from the port. It will take you about 5 minutes to get there, just go up the street on the right side of the Sheraton Hotel.
