Palo brunch help
I was trying to talk my traveling companions into the Remy brunch, but was unsuccessful. They are not very adventurous and I gave up. DH and I are going to Remy for dinner so I will survive
So now we would like to do Palo for brunch. But, in the week I took trying to convince them I can't get a reservation for 4 for the brunch. I can reserve two tables for two. Just looking for reassurance. If I do it this way and hightail to the dining desk when we arrive do you think they can convert of two reservations for 2 to one reservation for four? Should have grabbed Palo while I waited on the decision! |

Agreed - definitely make the reservation now and see what you can do later.
Sometimes you can call DCL and they can put you through to a specialist. I had an issue where I wanted to add a new cruiser to Palo before their reservation window and couldn't do it online (but they could over the phone because there was space). Even if your friends are not adventurous in food, they'll find lots to eat at Palo. The selection is awesome! Have a great cruise.

Don't worry. I had to do this and it was no problem at all. Make the reservation and then go to Palo when you get on the ship and tell them you would like to combine them into one table.

On the new ships you can go up to Palo pretty much as soon as you board. We have switched around Palo brunch many times as soon as we got onboard. We had lunch in Cabanas and then walked up the stairs which are located right in Cabanas and went to Palo podium. They were able to help us each time and there was hardly anyone else up there.

I agree with everyone else. Palo brunch is my fave meal on the ship, you will not want to miss it! Make sure you book it now and I'm sure they will change it for you once on board

We had the same issue with the online Brunch booking...wanted a table for 4 but could only book two tables for two. In our case, the two separate staterooms had our dining reservations linked (we also ate together in the main diningrooms). Disney contacted us to see if we wanted a table for four...we didn't have to do a thing. But I would definitely confirm onboard. Last week on the Fantasy, Palo Brunch was definitely NOT fully booked (lots of space at the Thursday brunch) and we were told they only had 40 reservations for Remy all together!!

Thanks!
Thanks for all the reassurance. I hoped it would be fine and figured someone here would be able to tell me we'd be okay
Our reservations are linked, and we have a requested a table for 6 in the MDR. The one weird thing is it would let me make my table for two, and it would let me try to make one for four with my parents, but, the system would not let me make it for my parents alone as a party of two. Not because it was not available, it just would not give it as an option. I guess it will let you make reservations for others if you are all one party, but not for them alone? I have told my mom to make a reservation for them. Hopefully she'll grab one quick and then we will be ready! Very excited

That Chicken parm is AMAZING, but what really makes it is the risotto underneath!
