I buy a mug for every visit in a Disney resort, but that is going out of control now, I don't know where to put those anymore. Either I stop to go to Disney or stop to buy mugs. Not a difficult decision to take

Also I buy a PIN with the year and every gadget with the cheshire cat I can find (I collect those).

We started collecting the cracked ceramic African animal figurines. We got up to the giraffe, the meerkat and the zebra, and they discontinued them. We've been waiting for them to start with a new collection that will fit our earthy family room theme.

My daughter has a collection of pearls to mark the years! She likes picking out a pearl oyster and having it opened in the store in epcot japan.

Just because it worked for me or worked this way in the past or is part of the great Dis lore is no reason it will work this way in the future. Depending on the CM you get, new interpretation of the rules, changes in rules, weather over the Himalayas, your results may be different.

whatever special pin sets that happen to strike my fancy along with 'a few' dole whips and mickey mouse rice krispie treats. Also pick up a boxful of them or two on way back home thru airport store along with each adult kids' fav treats (chip & dale pretzels, coconut patties, box of candy bars).

I haven't found anything that I really wanted to buy in our last two trips. I did buy two t-shirts, but returned both of them after I got them back to the villa and tried them on. Really poor quality.

I may be spending more on food and dues, but I am spending way less on stuff and snacks. I can't find any I like anymore.

We've gotten into the habbit of buying one of the Olszewski Studios lighted diaramas every trip.

We're running out of places to put them, though.

We do buy something or the other. However, I think my 'tradition' now is the bonus with purchase. I was just thinking how many I have - from back packs, luggage, watches and now the blanket

My 8 yr old dd collects stuffed Minnie Mouse dolls. (When she was 4, she had picked out a French Minnie as her souvenier...I said 'are you sure?' as she already had a Minnie at home. Her answer was 'I'm collecting them.') She has some seasonal ones--2 Halloween, 3 valentine ones, a birthday one, Safari one (from our stay at AKV), Cinderella, pink princess, and that French one.

My DH likes to buy pins, especially festival ones--like Flower and Garden or Food and Wine to remember that we went to Disney at those times.

I always buy a sweatshirt, a coffee mug and some vinylmations. I used to buy beach towels but I have too many of them now.

A grey goose is always a purchased tradition too!!

We find that we have a lot of "stuff" already, and we don't need more in our house! However, I wanted to get something to commemorate each trip, so we decided to buy a magnet for each one. It goes nicely on our fridge, and they are practical for use. We use the label maker at home to label the back of each one with the month and year of our trip. We buy whichever one strikes our fancy. We're so thankful they've reintroduced the resort specific merchandise, as that has been our go to for the last couple of trips at different resorts. They are easy to pack for coming home, come in a variety of choices, and best of all, they are INEXPENSIVE.

Ornaments and now beach towels until we run out of room. The towels started when my Mom gave me an old River Country towel 8 years ago that she had picked up on one of my childhood trips.

We buy a glass at Arribas each year and have it etched with the year.

My son gets a glass dragon at Arribas Brothers each trip. A little expensive at time.

Refrigerator magnets with clips and the year or park. I keep finding new places to put them to hold reminders as I remember less and less each year.
