Hair Dryers on the Disney Magic
Do they still have the old wall mounted hair dryers in staterooms on the Magic?? We are sailing next month and I am hoping they may have changed to the hand held ones like the Dream has.

They were still there in Sept. I have thick hair, I always bring my own.

I just got off Magic last week. They still have the old ones. My hair is longish and I have a lot of it and I didn't have any trouble drying it with the wall mounted dryer BUT it would have been nice to dry my hair somewhere other than the bathroom. I'll be packing one for our next cruise.

Thanks for the responses. I am definately bringing my own! Those wall mounted ones just aren't powerfull enough for my hair. I loved the ones they have on the Dream. I even bought one just like it when I got home so it is coming with me on the Magic!

Just curious if there are hair dryers in the fitness center locker rooms, and if they are the same as the ones in the staterooms (on the Magic)?

Hated those wall mounted hair dryers on the Magic! Maybe ours wasn't working properly, but it quickly got too hot to even hold. Had to use a washcloth to hold it. I'm guessing those hair dryers will remain until after the Magic has her dry dock.

I just wanted to mention that the concierge suites have a regular hairdryer. I packed my own, only to find I didn't need it.
