Wow! Never heard of that! It was my understanding that you can purchase DCL transfers from WDW up until 3 days prior. The whole reason nobody can give a solid answer as to "what time is pick-up at X resort" is supposedly because they don't make that schedule too far in advance and it's based on how many guests have purchased transfers from each resort on any given date. Sorry your friend had a problem with it, but glad she was able to stay onsite at another resort.

I don't remember stopping at another resort. the bus was empty when we got on. The one stop at Pop filled the whole bus.

guess that goes to show how popular its getting. was the day when they didn't stop at the values.
