And I was complaining about plane fares!

I just clicked on the Singapore Airlines ad on the top on this page and was looking around. They have a suites class, really nice. The price of a round trip ticket, suite class to Japan is $14,000

My husband coworker just booked tickets to India and paid $2200 per person. I could never in my life pay that much for a plane ticket.

I went to India on business 4 years ago, my business class ticket was around $9,000. It was 24 hours of travel, so we got treated well. Pittsburgh-Washington Dulles-Frankfurt-Pune. It was 2 weeks, my total expense account was over $15,000!

Yes, at my company we need second-level approval when tickets to India are more than $20,000.

I remember booking people on the Concorde (which inside is about the size of a CRJ) for 10k ish each way. Never did get to get on it myself.

Upcoming Trips:
Sep 29-Oct 7: AKV-Kidani Disney World
June 29-July 10: Copenhagen-Dover Disney Magic

Want to see what you get?

These prices are why people who travel for leisure in Suite/First/Business class play the credit card miles game
