Is there clearance over the stateroom door to hang something??
My wife and I are working on a door decoration. It will hang just fine with its own weight with a bit on the inside of the door and a bit on the outside and looks fantastic. Will my door be able to close without severing a thin wire travelling over the door, about the width of a headphone wire?

If it is thin like a sheet, probably. If it is thick like a towel or metal, probably not.
I notice about a 1" gap at the bottom of our door on the Wonder, but a pretty tight fit all around on the Dream. Nancy |

Maybe, but they are metal doors for fire rating so need to seal as much as possible.
Can your decoration be attached with heavy duty magnets instead? |

Thanks for the replies. No, we can't attach it to the outside with magnets.....guess we will have to wait and see if we can make it fit! We're staying on the Dream, so we'll have to contend with that tight fitting door. Hope it works!
