Did but felt guilty afterwards

I did the dolphin excursion but felt so bad and guilty when I saw the place. The dolphins are kept in small pens and the trainer told me the one I was swimming with was pregnant. I felt horrible! They say they treat the dolphins good but all the groups that study dolphins say these excursions are not good for them.

They can sit & spin

It's really cool, but yes, definitely research the place and make sure it's reputable and devoted to the welfare of the animals.

Don't just pick the cheapest one, because, unfortunately, to some people they're just a source of income instead of intelligent, precious animals. Regulations about animal care aren't necessarily the same in every country. You won't have fun if the place isn't a good one, and that's a lot of money to lose if the experience does nothing but bum you out.
