If we have an ADR at 7:30am at Boma at AKL. What would be the best way to get there from CBR?

I agree, at that hour--taxi. You would have to hope the busses are working, take one to a park and then transfer.

Unless, would the AK bus take you to AKL if they had people going early for breakfast at Tusker House? Maybe someone else knows.
