Servers on the 14 day cruises

Does anyone know if you have the same wait staff for the entire 14 days? I would assume yes but figured I would see if anyone knows for sure

Yes, unfortunately for them. The wait staff works such long hours! We've been on two 15-day DCL cruises and had the same wait staff for the duration of each cruise.

I liked that they had a different outfit and there was a different menu for each night. It was also neat to really get to know them and for them to get to know you. Love long cruises they are the best!

We have always had the same table assignment and same servers for the entire time on cruises of more than 7 nights. We even kept our team on a B2B for a total of 25 nights. (poor them!)

Best line came from the server (jokingly) referring to the assistant--"Yeah, I decided to keep him even though I could have requested a different assistant. He's a little scatterbrained and not worth much, but I could do worse." This was said in a VERY joking way with a hug involved, but really made us laugh as we had decided the assistant resembled a lost puppy. He honestly didn't know which end was up, but he was SO sweet. And he did keep my daughter's diet coke refilled, so we were happy.

I had no idea the server could request a different assistant! How interesting for the dynamic.

On our very 1st cruise, our assistant server was horrible. He kept forgetting my mom's tea request (every night, same request). On the last night he presented her with 10 tea bags when she sat down. It was pretty funny.
