Enchanted Tales With Belle.
I didn't think I could be any more blown away by the magic of Disney but then this came along and it was so perfect I just had to
![]() If you are unsure about doing it when you are there because maybe the lines are long...just do it. Before we had even through the mirror I said out loud wow that was amazing and a guy turned around to me and said yeah it was. Also once in the room where the story is told while lined up to have my picture with Belle taken (I was Mrs Potts) the woman in front of me kept turning to me saying how beautiful, cute and perfect it was. I couldn't agree more. It was a perfect end to a perfect holiday! |

Is it a show? The image in my head was Belle sitting in a rocking chair reading stories. I kind of figured it had to be more than just that.

The idea is that you are surprising Belle by retelling the story of how she met the beast. You have the choice to be one of the characters or the audience. I would try to be a character as you get a photo taken with Belle at the end and throughout. After walking through the house which is gorgeously done you go in to the library which is where you surprise Belle. Every kid (and adult) in the room seemed caught up in it all and when leaving the room everyone was talking about what a great moment it was.

I better have my daughter watch Beauty and the Beast again. It has been awhile. She's more of a dinosaur girl. I figure she should get a refresher especially if she ended up volunteering to be a character.

Loved, loved ETWB! Truly the highlight of our trip this far. Three more days left! Belle even came over to visit our little 16 month DD and interacted briefly with her. We had suspected that the little one's favorite princess was Belle, and now we are certain of it.
My husband is still impressed with the magic mirror, and he can be a bit hard to impress! Went right after rope drop on a Wednesday and waited about thirty minutes. When we were leaving, there was half the line. Definitely a MUST DO, but maybe not a repeat attraction in the same visit. |

Sounds fun!
How does it work when you decide to volunteer to be a character? Do they give you lines to say? |

Is this something just for kids? It will be just DH and I when we go- no kids. Is it really something you need kids for or do adults alone do this too? I had been thinking of course we'd skip this, but now I'm wondering.

It's not just for kids, when my wife and I went we both were part of the show. Of course, we let the kids who wanted roles go first and then anything left over was up for grabs so we were just dancing plates and stuff, but it was fun. And we got pictures with Belle at the end. Not only that, but even if you don't want to be a part of the show and just watch others do it, the detailing inside the house is amazing.

It was amazing, but TAKE YOUR OWN PICTURES!!!!! My son was the Beast and I wanted to enjoy it so I didn't take very many pics since as photopass photograpgher was snapping a way the whole time. Checked today and the photo of my son and Belle just isn't there and the photo of them dancing is dark and barely useable.
I usually love Photopass and I have never been so dissapointed!

Another suggestion- Make ETWB your first stop of the day. Each live show is long and they can easily get backed up. We went straight there from rope drop and still had to wait for the second show, although that meant we got to see Maurice's cottage. Went straight to Under The Sea from there.
