Camera for the parks...

Before my next trip to Disney World I am planning to purchase a great camera and learn all I can.

I'm looking at a DSLR: Nikon D5100 with the tamron 17-50 and a 35mm 1.8

OR

Sony RX-100 (Pocketable 28-100mm f1.8-4.9 lens, 1" sensor)

OR

Sony NEX-5R with 18-55 f3.5 kit lens and 16mm 2.8 lens

What's your gut instinct on those options for disney photography? I really am not thrilled about the idea of carrying around the 5100, but I'm also not thrilled about getting poor low light action shots with the RX-100 or paying a premium for E-mount glass (the 35mm 1.8 e-mount is $450)

Mainly, I want to be able to photography the boardwalk at night without it looking like a blurry mess- not sure if the RX-100 can pull that off.
