We have been to Fishlips and that was fun and fine. For your consideration - if you like seafood of a differrent variety, we have been going to this place called "Thai Thai" which is right down the Hwy from Res. Inn. Possible walking distance but less than a minute drive. It is a Thai restaurant that features seafood, as well all the usual Thai dishes - but it is also a Japanese restaurant with full sushi bar. Great food - with large diversified menu. Look it up on yelp (for us, it is now a can't miss every cruise we take).

here's the picture with the walking route - once you cross A1A
![]() you should find sidewalks along the red - but unlit as far as I know, then roads at the yellow industrial or less until you pass the oil tanks I marked in green - once nears grills, the green line, walking along Glenn Cheek is no problem

Captain BJ, Thank you so so so much for the pictures. I am a very visual person, so I love that I can see the hotel & places mentioned.
Thanks to everyone who responded. They all sound good, now to look at menus & decide from there. Love the idea of eating outside! Thanks again! |

If you don't mind travelling a little south there is Florida Seafood Grill which has surf n' turf, the Pig n' Whistle which is a british pub with great food, and coconuts on the beach which is a bar/restaurant. There is also Roberto's Cuban Cafe which serves cuban and american dishes.
