Yes 4 people plus an infant are allowed at values.

Just wanted to add that the last time I checked, the new website would not let you book a four-person room with an infant as the fifth person. If that's still the case, you would need to call and book. Hopefully that's a glitch that will be fixed soon.

The glitch was fixed at one point but apparently keeps happening on and off. It was fine this morning though as I was checking rates for us and had no problems.
