Is it possible for non Dvc members to book a two one or two bedroom suite at BWV or BCV?

Yes, either through CRO or renting from a member. It's considered a villa, not a suite.

You will get it much cheaper by renting from an owner, but make sure you do your research beforehand because it can be a bit of a hassle and disappointing if you aren't aware of the ins-and-outs beforehand. If you are willing to jump through a few hoops to rent, you will get awesome accommodations for a great price.
