We really enjoyed Pepper Market at Coronado Springs. It used to be a buffet but has recently changed. I looked at the menu on allears and it looks good. I want to go again but DH is resisting because he is mad about them getting rid of the buffet.

I didn't know there was 2? I am pretty sure we went to the one in the independent building.

It was YUMMY! Good options and some nice looking lunch choices although all we purchased was sweets!

Life is what happens in between trips to WDW
Those "flying cookies" flying through space can be seen
I'm hoping that the little guy likes them!

Funny you should say that because my family and I stayed at Coronado Springs for our first trip in 2008 and again in 2010. When dh heard they were making it a buffet he was disappointed because he loved it the way it was. Now he's willing to go back

If you're looking purely at the volume of food for your dollar, The chicken/ribs platter Fairfax Fare at DHS should be part of the equation.
