Planning Time line help pls
Sorry, so many questions- I am trying to understand when I need to plan for an book what so anything you can offer would be tremedously helpful.
Onine check date(first timers)?? Do I need to pay in full before b/c that is the same day and I am confused if the payment dictates the check in date? I could pay it now if it would impact online check in. Kids club participation- is that same day sign up? Where? DO I need to sign up for regular kids club? What aboout kids club things like pirate or toy story boot camp and cooking class? Before arrival, upon arrival or day of? Adult events- tequila tasting? Is that offered once during the trip and when and wehre do I sign up? Anything else I need to know about in advance or for my arrival? Thanks so much for letting me join in the magic I am so very happy to be going and planning.

As a first-time cruiser, your online check-in and PIF date for most crusies are both 75 days out (unless doing a 14-day cruise). Online check-in can be done if not paid-in-full, though the dates are the same for first-time cruisers.
If you have someone in the nursery (<3 yrs old), you can reserve a limited number of hours ahead of time, starting at your 75 day mark. For kids 3-12 who will be attending the Oceaneers Club/Lab you can do a brief online registration but that can also be done onsite; they are automatically "enrolled" at the club simply by your reservation but the registration is where you indicate who can pick-up, a password, etc. Most of the kids club activities (Toy Story boot camp, cooking classes, etc.) do not require pre-registration, just show up at the club at the scheduled time (you'll receive a Navigator each day with schedules). Adult activities onboard also do not require advance online sign-up. Some (like the tastings) may require sign-up onboard at Guest Services, others you can just arrive at the proper location at the scheduled time. Adult dining (Palo/Remy) can be scheduled starting at your 75-day mark assuming you are PIF. They also hold spots back to be scheduled onboard. Port Excursions are scheduled at your 75-day mark, again assuming you are PIF. Enjoy your vacation! |
