The Daily Grind ~ 1/24/13
 Wow! Where did that night go?? Prayers and pixie dust to all those in need.. Those under the weather, I hope you are feeling much better today. Let's see, today: morning routine for boys DH working from home today listen to forecast for tomorrow  DS16 to school (await email if he has to work afterschool)DH to take DS12 to school nap once over house grocery for cat food, I hate when I forget stuff scrapbook at least 4 pages today pick up DS12 homework supervisor await DS16 to get home - he is working homework reminder before DS16's game dinner game time I hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning, my DisFriends! Woke up with a bad backache, thinking I'll go hop in the tub. DH made meatballs to cook in the crock pot today, but we don't have any sauce and I need to go to the wholesale club for paper products and they don't open until 9:00. So, I've got time for a soak
 Plus, it's realllllllllllllllllllllllllly cold, so it will warm me up.My list for the day: Pay bills Wholesale Club Grocery Store - Got everything I needed at the wholesale club, including dinner for tomorrow. Friendly's for Kids Cone Coupons for VD - Forgot! Can go tomorrow morning on the way to work. Meatballs in crock pot Lunch? Work on MK sketch swap prototype or do some pages I have kitted Pickup from library Homework supervisor Dinner Dishes Lunches x 3 Bed! Hope everyone has a fabulous day!

Wish I could send some Florida warmth y'all's way...thinking warm thoughts Nan, Jen and Cassey! It's a bit cool this morning (58, u can stop laughing) but will get up to 75 sometime this afternoon. Well Nan, our AT&T U-Verse came back up yesterday morning, guess they were experiencing massive outages in 15 of the 28 states that have U-verse, it was crazy! Closed on our home refi yesterday afternoon. Our house payment has dropped by $550 a month! Can you say Hello Disney??? HAHAHA! Today: swap out towels and linens laundry run to Farmer's Market Housekeeper comes at 9:00AM straighten uo my scrapbook area SCRAP Parm crusted chicken and salad for dinner Hope everyone has a great Thursday, Becky

 Nan - Have a great day Jennifer - Enjoy your soak Cassey - Congrats again to Julia Prayers and pixie dust to everyone in need. It was a balmy 12 outside this morning.  Car just overheated yesterday. DH said the thermostat didn't open, so he replaced it last night. My fingers are crossed that it was the only thing wrong. Today: Boys to school Me to work Run to PO at lunch Stop at store to get different colors of duct tape and some spray paint - going to make some fun duct tape stuff with the cubbies & paint is for DSs pinewood derby "car". We made a skateboard! Pick up DS from school Homework check Dinner ???? Boy Scout meeting - I need to attend and find out specifics for winter campout this weeked. Are they really going to camp when the weather is calling for 2 degrees overnight?  Finish up camp cadet essay with DS crash Have a great day everyone!

It is cold, -3, but the wind is making it almost unbearable to be outside! It is howling. My DS16 came in from starting his car and said his hair had frozen to his head! So off to get the hair dryer and defrost him!
Today, I must get to Kohl's and use my Kohl's cash for some K-Cups for the Keurig....I am hoping to convince DH to go. Making paper dolls. My nephew and his family are moving to South Dakota so we are hosting a going away pizza party today right after school. Will be so sad to see little niece4 and nephew6 go...we enjoy spending time with them. That soak in the tub sounds pretty darn good this morning! I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

how do ya live up there?? it is 50 here now
I read a book outside yesterday instead of work on Belle - wondering if I should just use my cart instead of making an svg for the other characters - I do own it OK about to go to work then hopefully get to the dairy for milk before boys get home. not sure about supper

hope everyone stays warm and cozy inside today! P & PD to all in need and under the weather  Danielle - yay for an easy fix on the van  Becky - exciting to get your mtg pmt down  good luck on getting lists checked off ladies! Today: load of laundry - need to wash megan's dance gear put completed pages in protectors & albums package up our two baskets for dance-a-thon - so excited we got enought goodies to make two! scrap p/u megan drop baskets off at dance stop at lowes to get a couple packing boxes - shipping goodies off to BLB! get all our things packed up for tomorrow nights - jazz overnight retreat at school and for show-a-thon on saturday....please send me  so I survive the retreat and get some sleep.dinner - pasta and salad have a wonderful day everyone!

It was 4 when I went to bring Morgan to work this morning. I think it's up to 10 now. We've had a quiet winter, snow-wise, but this cold is a bit much.
Danielle, that's crazy. I can't imagine camping out in this weather. Soak in the tub didn't help my back  Going to get some Advil in my system now that I've eaten.

BRRRRRRRRRR is all I can say it's only 8 here now in full sun. There isn't a part on me that is not frozen. I just reloaded the wood furnace so hopefully it will be 80 in here shortly!!!!!
Jen hope the advil helps. Danielle winter camping YUCK and I don't care what age they are they should not be out in this!!!! tell them next week at least then you're talking 20's at night. A coworkers friend just had the water in his radiator freeze so either somone mixed wrong or his thermostat quit too. Glad it's up and running again Lisa for surviving the overnight and  for shipping stuff!!! any word from Admin yet?Reddy I'll take the cold( i'll complain abt it) but I'd rather that than humidity and heat Becky mom and dad are in ocala it it was only 40 I think they'd rather south FLs heat! Nan I did that with dog food yesterday I'm not out so it's waiting!!! Left to do get kids go to po for kids to pick up aunts mail ( i already got her meds) she's still down guess I'll be doing more grocery shopping tomorrow warm up all left overs for supper sink into the tob and see if I can thaw out part of me.

i figured probably not but wanted to check. I have and email into them abt todays post. Thinking a Vermont one with syrup, cheese and King Arthur Flour stuff....... also mentioned the toys. So we'll see what they say.

I think it's a great basket. I've done smaller ones so I have a pretty good handle on it just need to to a larger scale. Need to remember to check TJ's for a big basket too!
