pre cruise hotel in miami?
when I look at expidia they are all over, are there any good areas to bad areas that should be avoided? We have 2 days before the crusie.

We are staying at the Comfort Suites Miami Airport North. Free breakfast, free wireless, newly remodeled, pool, and free shuttle for both Miami Airport and the Port of Miami.

We're staying at Marriott South Beach, but my FIL has points with Marriott and we wanted to be on ocean drive since we'll be sight seeing in Miami for a few days before the cruise.

Downtown Miami is closest to the port. I typically recommend InterContinental Miami but they can be pricey if you're looking for a budget friendly hotel.

Blue Lagoon area of the airport is good, however not much to do there. Downtown is the closest but at a higher cost...
