Does anyone know why at 9pm all the ships are still sitting in Port at Canaveral?

For the Magic its has come from Galveston and its WDW day. It will leave PC sometime after midnight.

Does anyone else have issues accessing the PC camera? I have tried different browsers and only half the time it doesnt crash.
