Does anyone know if DCL transportation will be running from Ft. Lauderdale to the port of Maimi?

Magical Express runs from MCO to the WDW Resort Hotels.

What you want to know is if DCL Transportation runs from FLL to the Port of Miami.

I've done some google searches and can't find a definite answer. Early 2012 it looked like they were considering it and putting people on a wait list. Maybe they were trying to see how many possible passengers wanted transfers from FLL.

You may want to call DCL and ask them.

Unfortunately, they don't offer transportation between FLL and POM.
DCL offers transportation from MIA to Port of Miami for $20PP One Way or $40PP Round Trip.

We’re also flying to FLL, you can find more information about the area on Sunny.org.

Here are some car services:
QLS Transportation
SAS Transportation
GO Airport Shuttle

And I found this Transportation Choice Poster. It gives you Taxicab, Car Service, and Tri-Rail System rates and map from FLL.

We used SAS today and it was great. It was $15/person (cash or CC. CC adds a $3 service charge). We reserved it a few months ahead of time, and then per the instructions just called them as we left the terminal. We waited about 5 minutes for him to bring the van around and picked us up. We were at FLL by 10:15 am.

We used SAS Transportation and were very pleased with them. They were on time and had clean vans. We used them from FLL to a Marriott in Miami and then from the port back to the airport.

Thanks. Did you have to tell them a time to expect you? If so, what time did you tell them and how much trouble did you have in meeting that time? I've just been reading others who had to wait for the last luggage group, etc. etc.

Does anyone know if any of the transpos. from FLL have carseat options? I will be traveling with a 3 year old and 5.5 year old. At a minimum, the 3 year old will need some kind of seat.

Thanks!

Also, how long does it take to get to/from FLL to POM? Hoping to fly Southwest and trying to determine what flight times we can comfortably do.

Thanks!

Car Seats

I called the 3 listed above about carseats.

Go says they have them on their web site, but didn't answer the phone.

SAS doesn't have carseats

And the best one:

QLS: Has them, but won't guarantee you'll get one. What good this does anyone, I have no idea.

I may just take one. The SAS system seems pretty good (don't have to guess your arrival time, I think), and I won't have to rent one from the rental car company for the few days before we leave. Just another thing to carry and another thing to cram into a stateroom, though.

With SAS you give them your flight times, ours was late and they had been tracking it. You call when you get your luggage and they tell you where they will pick you up at the airport. Basically it was right outside the door.

At the port, you call before you get your bags when you are off the ship and then again when you have made it through customs and they come and pick you up outside the door of the terminal.

Used SAS from POM to FLL yesterday. Like the PP said, you call right before ( in our case, after) customs. Within 5 minutes, they picked us up. Would highly recommend.
