Broken Tervis Tumbler lid
When we got home from our cruise, I unpacked my new dcl tervis and the red lid has a crack in it. Does Tervis replace this or am I just out of luck?

Many retail stores that sell tervis also sell lids. I think they're around $3-5. I had to replace one also. Or is this a particular type of lid?

Tervis.com FAQ page:
"Can I return my defective tumblers for replacement at any time since Tervis tumblers are guaranteed for life? Tervis tumblers are virtually indestructible. They won't crack, melt, shatter, or chip. Don't take it as a dare or anything, but if they do somehow break (despite following our care instructions), we won't leave you hanging. We'll replace it, guaranteed. *Accessories including lids, straws & handles are not covered under our lifetime guarantee. "

Email - General Questions & Inquiries: customercare@tervis.com I emailed to let them know my Castaway Cay tumbler lid wasn't as tightly fitting as all of our other Tervis lids - received a new lid in three days! They have the very best customer service!
