Just popping in....not heading up to bed. DH and I are not seeing eye to eye on how much time the girls will spend at the funeral on Wednesday. If I have my way they will be there "some" and then get picked up by my parents and taken home. Anyway...we'll see.

Dreaming of our trip....a lot. Can't wait. Must meet another RCer...who will it be?? Deena maybe??? Your one night plan sounds great!! Can I come???

Good Morning Everyone!

Just stopping in to say hello! No school today so maybe I can play catch-up. Looks like it's going to be sunny here in south Georgia and just a little cool....great day to be outside. Hoping we can carry this weather with us to the MK on Saturday.





Can't wait to see Cinderella Castle!!! And Beast's Castle!! And Under the Sea! And Belle!! And Be Our Guest!...and the list goes on....(I'm just a tiny bit excited....) sorry.

Has anyone done Be Our Guest for lunch?? We're going to attempt to eat there for lunch. I'm not crazy about the dinner menu (not that we could get ressies anyway...) DH pulled up a picture of the crowds waiting to get in the restaurant....all the way over the bridge Crazy.

Ok...back to reading and catching-up

My girls are off today as well, but DH is home with them. Well, technically I'm still home with them right now, since we all have dental cleanings at 9

Hey Heather I am so out of the loop did not knw you are heading to WDW on Saturday. I am Jealous!

We did BOG for dinner in November and it was the best meal of the trip and on our list for next time!

Good to "see" you, too. This is a very, very last minute mini-trip for Faith's b-day. And it was totally Bill's idea...no lie! He had a 35% off pin code so we jumped on it! POR Royal Room. I'm excited about trying a new resort. We leave on Friday and come home on Sunday. Just doing MK on Saturday and DTD on Sunday.

Glad to hear positive things about BOG!! We will definitely do this for dinner in 2014....even if it wasn't good food I would probably still go just to see the inside of the restaurant

We did Be Our Guest twice for lunch. First time the Saturday after thanksgiving and the second on Dec 30. We really enjoyed it, both times the line was on the wall towards little mermaid a little bit past the menu. Both times we were told it would be about 45 minutes- arrived at 10:45 and 11:15. The length of the line has to do with the process...they only let so many in at a time and when you get in the line divides in two. When you get to the register you are given a kiosk number to go to to place your order. You then get your drinks, find a seat, put your rise on the table and they bring you your food. Personally, I like to sit in the ballroom, but you can go around and take pics. Members of our group have had the turkey sandwich, croque Monsieur, the braised pork and most of the desserts -enjoyed all of it. Would stay away from the French onion soup.

Thanks a million!! Very helpful info. We were wondering how the whole order/sit down/get the food thing went. I'm always the FP runner, so I'm quite certain I'll be the "stand in line" person, too ...which I don't mind. Do you recommend getting there really early?? The crowd count for Saturday is 6. My husband will be sorry to hear about the French onion soup...not good, huh. And I'll definitely be getting tons of pictures (I'm sure no one is shocked)...Is it hard to find a seat??
