Colony Salad at Liberty Tree...Gluten Free?

Does anyone know if the salad dressing they use for the Colony Salad at Liberty Tree Tavern is Gluten Free? I had this the last time I was down and loved it but that was before going GF.

I don't 100% remember what salad I had when we were there in October, but I do know that the chef who came out to speak to us was GLUTEN FREE himself so he was amazing. He said all the dressings were house-made. He also did a great job of adapting the Turkey Meal and my children and husband had wonderful hamburgers with all the toppings. We loved the dessert, raspberry sorbet, but it was the only real choice available so i can see why some people would feel disappointed.
Enjoy!

Thank you.

We have reservations there for May and I need to specify GF but it's nice to know the dressings are house made.
