Some Kentucky chopped pork made it's way to New England and onto my table last night. Butter grilled roll, BBQ pork, pickles, onions and I just had to add some bacon! Yummmy!

Made some pork hash to have with breakfast this morning (sorry no pictures). Looks like we may just have enough left over to create a new dish over the weekend.

I'm pretty sure that's based on a true story. I think the movie was called open water. It happened on the great barrier reef which is a long boat ride from the coast of australia. I've only been scuba diving once and it was pretty close to where they were left. I think the scarier thing is that's not the only time someone else has been left there.
