Excursion start times question

We are thinking about booking the Discover Native Caymen and Saltwater Forest excursion through DCL. Our itinerary says that we will be in Grand Caymen at 11:30. When I go to book the excursion it asks me to pick a start time. The only time showing is 11:01. Why would they have a start time for an excursion if the ship isn't even supposed to be in to port until 30 minutes later?

Also any information on this excursion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The excursion times listed on the DCL site are the meet/assembly time onboard. Your excursion will be in the first ones off the ship when the ship is ready to disembark people for their day there.
