"We shared a pork shank that was huge and tasty. DH wanted some BBQ sauce but there was none to be found."





"We also got a LeFou's Brew. Yummy frozen apple juice. It is a bit too sweet, but the mango foam on top is tart. As long as you mix the two, it is not sweet. Here's a photo of me and the brew. It is the worst photo I have ever taken, I swear."

I've never had the Tonga Toast...but when I plan my next trip (in my head) I always want to go to Kona and can't decide between Tonga Toast and the Samoan. So now I know I can go to CC for Tonga Toast and get the Samoan at Kona.

Of couse, this is all in my head for a trip two years from now

I'm so glad I'm finally feeling up to looking at pictures of food again..... looking at them makes me really want to go back in 2 years and eat (and drink) all that I couldn't when we were there in December!

I can't wait to read another Kona review. I just decided my last meal at WDW for our Feb trip will be lunch at Kona. I cannot resist the allure of the sticky wings even if it means dining alone

My dining plans are now:

Feb 1- late night bar food and drinks at Raglan Rd
Feb 2- lunch at teppan edo, dinner at CS in Epcot (breakfast probably a cupcake in Disney Studios!)
Feb 3- lunch ?? , dinner at Trail's End, cocktails elsewhere
Feb 4- lunch at Kona Cafe

Niki said, "We both started with this. It was very hearty and filling. Sorry I ate about half of it before I took the photo."







Couscous M'Rouzia - braised beef served with prunes, balsamic vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, and eggs

"Again very yummy and a huge serving. I took about half back to the Villa for breakfast. I will never diss pumpkin again."

"This is a thick caramel with rich dark chocolate and coarse sea salt. This was excellent. We both loved it."
