Luggage Tags

We recently received our luggage tags in the mail but we just upgraded our room so the luggage tags we received from Disney have the wrong room number on them. Will these still work or will Disney mail is new ones?

Take a black sharpie and write in the new number. The bar code will be converted to your new room!

Worst comes to worst, you may have to go to your old room to get your bags. We had to do this once. But black sharpie technique PP mentioned has also worked for us as well and is also what DCL will tell you do if you ask them about it.

Definitely put your new stateroom number on the tags. The same thing happened to us in December and I was told by DCL that putting the new room number on the tags was not necessary as the bar code would get our luggage to the new room. However, that didn't happen after several hours so we had to track down our luggage. It was sitting outside our original booked room.
