Your favorite app?

To all the iPhone/iPad users, what are some of your favorite apps?

DISBoards, of course!

I also love Dropbox - It syncs and backs up all photos I take with my iphone. It's also like a "cloud" drive. And it's free! Installed on my computer, I can access it like a virtual drive on my machine, so I can easily share files between my work computer, my home computer, and my phone. I can also (from my computer) share any of those folders or files with others, whether or not they have Dropbox.

Others I use firly often, if not every day:
My Fitness Pal - track food intake and exercise. Helps me hit my calorie goals.
Sleep Machine light (by Sleep Soft)- use it when we're out of town for white noise
Flashlight (by Ihandy) - exactly what it says - turns on the flash LED on my phone to use as a flashlight.
Parker - helps my find empty parkingspots in downtown Indy.
Michaels, JoAnn's, & Hobby Lobby - It seems there's always a coupon I can use in them!
Netflix - makes lunch times fly by!
Xerox Printback - installed an agent on my computer and I can print directly from my phone to my office printer from anywhere! (I can be out at a meeting, and take a pic, and send it to my assistant to be handed to my project foreman)

I've only had my phone for a few months now, and this is all I've really found a real use for so far. And they're all free.

Jan 2010 - Wilderness Lodge. OUR PERFECT TRIP!
Feb 2012 - Wilderness Lodge. Terrific escape from the SuperBowl!

*missing having a ticker... I wanna go back!

Feb 2014 - According to DH, we're going back "next winter," whatever that means. Not specific enough for a ticker... yet!
making plans... so far looks like it'll be unlike either of our other trips. We're driving, we're not staying at WL, we're trying a moderate instead, we're cutting the Disney part shorter so we can go to the dark side for 2 days/nights!! We're SO excited to check out the Harry Potter areas!!!

The ones I use the most are IMDB, the Fox weather app, Soundhound, Facebook, and the DIS.

I don't use it as often as the others, but I really like my Uverse app because it lets me set my DVR. It's really nice to be able to do that if I'm not home but realize I want to record something.

Others I like include:

White Noise
Words with Friends
iTranslate
Flixster
American Airline's app
Disney Parks (the official Disney park app)

I like my Viggle and Swagbucks apps for earning gift cards.
I like my Endorse app for earning cash sent to my Paypal account.
I like EEBA for budgeting.
I like my Cozi app. I keep the family calendar in there and my grocery list.
I like my Drive app that lets me access my Google Drive account from anywhere. I keep my grocery inventory in there.

Some of my favourites:

Happy Cow - helps me find vegan/vegetarian restaurants when I'm out of town

Keynote - I can download presentations on my iPad and use my iPhone as the remote control to change slides.

8tracks - music

Games for me:
KenKen
Letterpress
Word Jigsaw
Kings Corners
iAssociate

Games for my grandkids:
Angry Birds
Where's my Water?
Where's my Perry?
Cut the Rope
Jetpack
Frisbee
Fluff Rescue
Mouse Maze
Dragonbox (which is actually a very cool, fun way to learn algebra!)

And my second-youngest grandchild LOVES the "It's a Small World" app and will listen to it for ages, touching all the different characters to see what they will do.

My favorite app is SoundHound. When a song comes on the radio you don't know the name of or words to just hit the app and it will tell you the name of the song, band and what album it's on and also show you the words to the song.
