Disboards App
How can I obtain a copy of the disboards android app, without going through the Google Playstore? My KindleFire HD prevents me from accessing the Playstore, but if I could get a copy of the .apk file for the disboards app, I could sideload it and see if it will play nice with the FireHD. Thanks

Just type Disboards and apk in a web browser and it will bring up some. I haven't tried sideloading the disboards app but I have done others on my Kindle Fire. My experiences with sideloading is that it may take a couple tries to work. Once you have installed the app and you go to opend it and the app closes right away you will need to try a different version of the apk. Good Luck

I was a little leery of a few of the 'alternate' app sites, but I tried one. Looks like ver 1.3.13 works. This is from my Kindle Fire HD....success!
