Nobody knows. Not even the Disney IT people.
You can always make a payment over the phone.

Making Online Payments
I discovered this in another thread and wanted to pass this along!
To access into the old web site, sign into the new one, and at the bottom of the home page, click on the sub-menu item "Order Customized Maps" under the My Disney Experience. This will direct you back to the old web site! From the map page, I was able to click on My Reservations and made payment on line to my package! |

While I'm glad this worked fine for the previous poster.. I strongly caution against making ANY online payments at the current time. They are constantly flipping the customer facing website from new to old and so forth.
I sincerely worry that an online payment may disappear into a black hole of this I-T nightmare and who wants to deal with that? I STRONGLY ADVOCATE calling to make all payments for the time being.

I did not even need to make a payment but it was nice to try this out and see the old website again. I had no idea how much I loved it until they changed to this new one.
I personally would have no qualms posting a payment using this option - just my opinion. Having been in IT for 25 years I strongly suspect that Disney simply changed the front end - meaning the actual website look and feel not the database that houses all the info. So if you get a confirmation that your payment has been made then I think you are completely safe assuming that your payment has been made. Again for me personally I would rather go this route than call and hold for 2-5 hours which many have reported doing. |

Nevermind this post... looks to be working again. At about 1AM it stopped working but this morning it's back up.
