chicken exit on all rides?

My fiance and I are taking my parents (mid 60s) for their first trip in 20+ years. My mom does not like many rides such as BTMRR, RnRC, ToT, etc etc. Is it true that she can still wait in line with us and then be directed to the exit when it's our time to board? Can we do this on any ride or do only certain rides have "chicken exits" as I've seen it called? Thanks!

Yes, all rides. Everywhere.

Imagine if you will, a theme park that forces you to ride something that you don't want to.

Yep! We do this all the time. She really shouldn't ride any if the mountains but she is ok with btmrr and splash. It's space that she can handle. So me,ds and her wait in line then I got on and they go... That way we don't split up.. They do other stuff (shop) while I do EE, tot and rnr even though there are chickens exits for them.

Haha true. I just didn't know if there are rides where she shouldn't wait with us if it was going to be a hassle to get her to the exit... That kind of thing

I'm sure it's factored in to the design of every ride.

I have experience with chicken exits on Haunted Mansion, ToT, RnRc, Mission Space, and Harry Potter (if you happen to go there ). You can stay with your group and experience the Disney extras in the lines then exit when everyone else gets on the ride. FYI- the ToT chicken exit is a regular elevator. Freaked me out!!!

And BTM, almost forgot that one! You can just walk thru the ride - just don't sit down.
And tell the CM when they assign cars so they'll send an extra person with you.
