Last minute questions

Leaving next week and have a couple of questions:
1. Can you take your own drinks from the soda machine to the shows?
2. We are trying to disembark as soon as the announcement is made. We are already going to take our bags. Is the mdr a buffet that morning? As suggestions?

1. Yes, you can.
2. No, it's not. The upper deck restaurant (Cabanas, Topsiders or BBB depending on which ship) is though. Are you saying you are taking all your luggage off by yourself? If so, you will be responsible for lugging it all over the ship once you're out of your stateroom. Be aware that there can be quite a line of folks waiting when the doors first open to disembark.

Yes, you can bring drinks from the soda machine to the show.

You will get a notice in your cabin the day before the cruise ends and it will list debarkation options. One option is to do Express Walk Off. This is where you do NOT leave your bags outside your cabin. You keep them with you and walk off with them. That seems to be the quickest way to leave the ship. Debarkation usually starts about 7:15-7:30 but can vary as it can't start until the ship is cleared by customs.

We opt to not go the MDR on the last morning as it is sit down, not buffet. We always go up to the buffet on the pool deck for breakfast the last morning. You must be out of your cabin by 8:00 so we go up earlier than that and leave our bags in the cabin to go eat at the buffet. We come back before 8 and pick up our stuff and head out.

For some reason they never advertise on the Dream/Fantasy that breakfast will be served at the buffet upstairs. It is not listed on the info sheet as a breakfast option but it is open.

Have a great cruise.
