Seven Mile Beach Break or Family Beach Day at Tiki Beach...WWYD?

My family and I will be going on our first Western Carribean cruise. We will be able to book our excursions shortly. I am asking for your opinion for those who have experienced either excursion through DCL. (I don't want a debate about whether or not I should book through DCL or on my own...for various reasons, we are going to choose one or the other through DCL and would like some help understanding which one might be better for us).

We are all adults 21 and over and we want to do a beach day and was wondering which one is better (in your opinion).
