Why? We were really looking forward to trying this out in June. Anyone have any insight?

1) CSR is more of a convention/business resort.
2) With the buffet, you sat away from ala carte diners.
3) Which means, all biz people would have to eat the same way.
4) This caused problems when one wants buffet and one wants just bagels.
5) In this case, better to satisfy biz people than vacationers.
