Hi! I've just booked BC CL and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do next. I booked through AAA. I've been trying to get info from the Club Level thread but I'm still not sure what I'm supposed to do. Do I call? Email? Wait until they contact me? If I email them what do I say? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Can you tell I'm new at this?

Hello! I am a Travel Agent. I just booked my own family at the BC Club level. I just received an email from the Concierge with a form I had to fill out. If you have any questions, email them at the following email.

Yacht.Beach.Club.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.co m

I emailed them back with the filled out Word Doc they sent me and they claimed there was no attachment. I emailed them back immediately with the attachment again and asked them to let me know if they received it. It has been another 24 hours and they did not respond.

Let me know if they reply to you. Since you booked with AAA, AAA may have gotten the email as it came to my Travel email address and not my personal one.

Since you booked with AAA, I would email the Concierge first. This was my own booking and I put it in my hubby's name. The email from the Concierge came to my agency email address and not my hubby's so chances are AAA would have gotten the same email and not you. I received it the day after I paid the deposit.

What you should do is email the Concierge and give them your res # and arrival date. Tell them you booked with AAA, but have not had any further contact regarding your res and wanted to announce your visit. They should reply to you. They will send you a Word Doc that you need to fill out so they can help you with your plans. Like many other people, it takes hours to get thru to the Central Res line so I emailed them with my room requests and they replied that they added it to our res. There are benefits to staying Concierge.

Feel free to email me at LisaMTravel@comcast.net if you need any help. I just emailed the Conceirge now because they never replied back to me to let me know if they got my Word Doc attachment. They are there daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.
