DS27. Won't touch a piece of meat with any fat. He went from chix fingers around age 12 right to filets! Most of the time he will order chicken if filet isn't offered. He wastes more food. No roast beef because there is no 'crust' for lack of a better word. Doesn't like the edges of a boneless pork chop. Well you get the idea! ( wow I didn't realise how strange he is. Lololo) Anyway....he really enjoyed his steak. It was cooked just the way he ordered it. And not fatty.
