Please let me apologize if this is somewhere on here - believe me, I have looked and could not find an answer - if you know where the answer is and want to just point me there, I will be glad to go along my merry way lol

I've read that the villas will be open in the fall - does anyone know when one might be able to book one, if they will be open to the public initially and how much they might be a night?

You haven't found any info because I don't believe there is any yet. This might be a good thread to check up on frequently though.

Well that makes sense! I'm just surprised with fall being only 9 months away - I thought the villas started booking like a year in advance. Okay, I will sit tight - thanks!

I think fall is a little optimistic. Everything I have read says they hope to have it completed by the end of 2013.

Since the villas are a DVC resort the booking will be different than regular resort booking as to when you can book.

I would not expect them to open before the end of 2013 or even early 2014. As to cost I would think something close to what Bay Lake Towers is or even more.
