Wednesday - 30 Day Shred and a 1 mile run (for speed) Thursday - 30 minute walk at lunch, 30 minute Drums Alive Class, 30 minute Zumba toning class 535/2013

45 min cardio DVDs tonight brings me to
350/800 AND it's the first 5 days in a row of serious workouts in a looooooong time! (years). Onward to repeat it next week! (starting Saturday actually) I'm super excited the temps are supposed to be in the 50s and 60s all weekend! so even tho I will have to wait to try out my new cold running clothes, I am excited for all the snow and ice to melt on the sidewalks!

Today was a crazy day for me...went to an hour Strong class this morning, followed by a half hour new class at the gym called Balletone. Tonight, I went to an hour WERQ class followed by an hour TurboKick class. Needless to say I am exhausted now and I didn't get a ton of "stuff" done around the house (but I did manage to cook supper for the family). I should sleep good tonight!! I'm at...
